Q: Can I buy products elsewhere and have Novawave install them?

Generally speaking, yes you can, but you will not fully benefit from our expertise, package pricing and guarantee when we certify and procure products.
Q: Can you help me with my existing system/s that do not seem to be working well?

We are happy to assist you with your existing system. We are licensed and qualified to troubleshoot and repair your electrical wiring system if necessary, or offer advice to improve your system. We cannot guarantee the existing equipment or previous installer's workmanship, but we can always provide a solution.
